Review content:
At first I was a little skeptical about this hotel, after I had problems with them getting my reservations wrong. I had asked for a queen bed, and they booked me for 2 doubles. They also had someone else's credit card receipt mixed up on my paperwork. I didn't feel like they were very organized at the front desk. However, the guy working the counter quickly resolved our situation and upgraded us to a king room with a balcony and a view of the pool. It was a very nice room. The travel samples smelled wonderful, some kind of tropical scent. The view was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The parking situation is a little strange, as it is a one way parking garage. You have to really pay attention before driving on the ramps. The hallways were weird looking and smelled strange, but once inside our room, it was great. Other than the few mishaps, I really liked this hotel, and I would stay here again. Oh, and to top it off...there was an old Rolls Royce in the parking garage basement. It was really neat to see that.
