I brought in an expensive dress for a simple hem. The seamstress talked me into letting her take apart the dress and pull it up from the waist which cost $50. When I got it back, the hem at the waist was crooked and the pockets sticking out, as if she'd never used a sewing machine before. She spoke very little english and was unable to even understand what I was asking for. I do NOT recommend taking anything to this place.
Pros: Located in midtown
Cons: The seamstress is incompetent
