I run down to the Westside Pavilion for Jaipur' lunch buffet whenever I can. Unlike some indian buffets, Jaipur is consistently good. Food is hot and constantly being replaced. Clean. Good variety and nice Vegi and meat selections (if you're into that). Fresh nan brought to your table whenever you ask - never soggy! Excellent chutneys and sides. Selections vary day to day but the best dishes are always out: Palak, Bengan Bharta, Tandoori, Curries. Open for early or late lunches. Dinner is good too, but not has happening as Electric Karma on 3rd St near the Grove. Don't forget the 10% off coupon - keeps the price for 2 people at approx. $20 for lunch with tax and tip. Coupon works on the buffet! Service is good with filling waters, clearing plates. Slow to bring the check, but heck, they're not rushing you out! Just flag them down when you're ready to leave. Staff have never been rude or even borderline inpolite to us and we go all the time! Park on Pico or just south in the residential areas (1 hour free parking there, just read the restrictions). Best Indian on the West Side. Pros: Great Buffet, consistently good. Coupon. Great working-lunch spot! Cons: Slow to bring the check - so just ask them - at least you're not being rushed out the door!
