Received a call back within 15 minutes of submitting request. Appt scheduled for that day, which had to be rescheduled for the next day due to severe weather (totally understandable!) Tech showed up exactly on time the next day and immediately explained his approach to fixing our central a/c. He worked for about 2 hours, and, by the end, had completely repaired the problems (plugged condenser drain, inefficient cooling) for the earlier agreed-upon price. No hassles, no surprises. Tech (Paul? Pete? - sorry) was courteous, prompt, and clean. I would absolutely recommend this company to somebody else. Thank you.
