Review content:
Executive used to be the best cleaners - you paid more, but it was worth it. Recently, they must have switched cleaners because it has been terrible. I would bring a lot of women's blouses - the cotton kind with a little stretch. Every time I would get them back, they would have creases in the arms and collar. They told me that this material was "impossible" to get perfectly ironed. But I've been cleaning these shirts for years (with them!) and they always were perfect. It came down to them using a new cleaner - but they would do nothing to fix the problem. I ended up leaving them - a real disappointment.
