My husband and I took a mini honeymoon to the Elegante in April. The website promises much more than it's staff delivers. From the time we approached the front desk until we were finally given our room card, the receptionist made us feel completely unwelcome. She had an attitude the whole time. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was a cocktail party for everyone on the top floor that night and our bartender, Oscar, was phenominal. Breakfast the next morning was an hour late and the young man who was working the breakfast room was touching all of the food. Our checkout was just as bad as the check in. The only thing that saved our visit was Oscar, and the comfy bed. Otherwise, a thumbs down. The quality of service doesn't match the outrageous prices.
