Pros...I used to think that Mieko's was a cute little neighborhood spot. Just big enough to get the job done without being overwhelming and great for those who live close. Cons... The number of members has increased to where it is maybe too small. With as many people who are crammed in there (during the peak hours) they need better ventilation - stay away people with sensitive noses! Very inexperience trainers (seems like the ones that knew something about fitness and the equipment have left) some I am not sure have any ideas about what they are charging people for. My biggest concern is the customer service... which has gotten very poor. Overall my opinion of the place has really gone sour (especially over the last 4-6 months). So my opinion... I believe everyone should make their own decisions BUT there are much nicer gyms in the area to spend your time and money.
