I called to return the DVD set and vitamins....for the set I was on the phone for an hour repeating "I dont want the product" and had to argue to send it back. As for the pills I called twice to cancel and even changed my account number but still they charged me again. I called again and got a very rude operator who could not understand my easily explained predicament I DONT WANT THEM. Finally she refunded my money supposedly. Im sure I will get another shipment in a month or so. Horrible company to deal with and horrible customer service. Do not deal with these people. For a company supposedly trying to help people they have caused me nothing but stress!!!!
