Hobson/ AC Genius/ Comfort Experts...three names that all point back to one crooked company, especially when you call on them to repair your system. Their main goal is to sell you as many parts as possible, whether you need them or not. Unfortunately, they took me for quite a bit of money before I wised up. They are not BBB accredited; in fact, the BBB has given them an F rating due to all the complaints against them. I sure wished I had researched this company better. Hindsight is 20/20, I guess. Oh, and their "guarantees" are a JOKE. They have absolutely no intention of ever honoring them. Don't get burned by these people!
