Review content:
I have never been so incredibly bullied and condescended to in my life. I went in for an oil change because I received a coupon in the mail. I witnessed the other single woman in the lobby also be bullied into purchasing unnecessary parts and labor. Then I was presented with an entire list of repairs needed on my 3 year old very reliable car. I have since found out that most of the repairs they deemed as nessary for the safety of the car are not in fact needed at all. I was told at the register that the clerk was glad I am moving to another state because in my car's current condition it poses a threat to him and his family. And then he told me I should drive through Vegas on my way to California because I sound like a gambling woman to him. This is a horrible, immoral way to manipulate customers. After this I am reporting them to the BBB and the Attorney General's office. I sincerely hope they get shut down so they can not take advantage of less knowledgeable people.
