by reading the previous poster's review, i feel i am compelled to write another review to show readers a complete picture of this dental office.
i visited this office many times mainly because of the convenience. however, i'm actually pretty frustrated about the service there. the receptionist is pretty arrognant, the doctor is not patient in listening to your questions and they will perform procedures on you without letting you know until you find it out. when you ask why they said that's a routine -- they just think you are not adequate enough to understand their explanation. in addition, they are not so good at keeping the appointment time. i once ended up waiting there for roughly an hour.
hopefully this is just my experience, but i'm pretty frustrated about this dental office indeed.
