Any time I visit a physician for the first time I and hopefully optimistic but this experience was terrible, with a capital T. I went to the Medical Center office address that was online only to find out the office was moved 5 blocks away and the information had not been updated. After walking 5 blocks, in the Houston heat, to the new building I finally arrived to my appointment about 15 minutes late. The receptionist gave me the new patient paperwork and after completing it I was told that they would not be able to take me today because "I was 45 minutes late".. I informed her that the only reason I was late was because the address had not been updated and I had to walk 5 blocks.. Then I was told I could wait behind 3 patients, which tells me they were overbooked anyway, or reschedule. No offer to work me in, nothing. Needless to say I didn't reschedule. If the address had been correct I would have been early for my appointment but that seemed irrelevant to them. When I called the office (current location) after arriving at the original location the receptionist could have told me then that if I was late they would not have been able to take me and saved me a walk totaling 10 city blocks. I ended up paying $5 for parking, walking 10 blocks, wasting an hour and a half of my valuable time, and not getting my dental exam. If I could give them zero stars I would.
