I hired Ms. Palmer to represent me in my divorce as she was highly recommended by an acquaintance who had used her in the past. However, I am very dissappointed in the service I have received thus far. Ms. Palmer got off to a great start but after mediation neither she nor her staff has returned my emails or phone calls inquiring as to the status of my case. Each time I call I am told that she is not available, nor is her assistant, Victoria Ortegon. The nice receptionist promises to deliver my message but my attempts are communication are largely ignored. I am very frustrated by the situation and feel others who might be contemplating hiring her should be aware of my plight and look for an attorney who has more time to devote to their case.
