Cingular isn't even worthy enough of the poor rating. They don't deserve any stars, but I have to give them at least one. We first had AT&T, but then Cingular bought them. Then someone I knew moved to a different state, and our house phone didn't have free long distance and only my cell phone did, so whenever I talked to my friend it was always on the cell phone. The first month I went over my minutes by 18 hours. That's right, hours, not minutes. Anyway, upon realizing our mistake, we called them up right away and made a plan with them to get it all paid off, and they agreed. Then the next day they canceled not only my phone, but the phones of everyone in my family. They were being very difficult and their plans really suck. You have to pay for receiving text messages! You can't control how many text messages you get, if someone sends them, it counts. How stupid is that? If you're looking for a good cell phone provider, I strongly suggest Cellcom.
