HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I was married in 12/07 and I, like others have nothing to show for it! My husband and I have left numerous phone calls and emails and get no reply. ( Even though their website says they will reply within 24 hours, HA!) When you call, you never get a person. They called me once to say that they would be calling back to set up a time to view my portraits and never heard back. They only called once again to ask if I wanted to buy my negatives( which I paid and extra amount of $ for) and only received those because I went to their house to pay for them, which I was told they were working out of now.I also have filed a report with the Better Buisness Bureau. I am also going to file a report with the San Antonio Police Dept. against them for theft and encourage others to do the same.
