I am a nursing student at York Technical College and will graduate in 2007 as a Registered Nurse. I have truly enjoyed being challenged in this program. Make no mistake - this is NOT an easy program. Be prepared to read a lot, do a lot of independent study, read some more, learn how to critically think, read a bit more, make some good friends, read more... Get the picture? The clinical experience was at first terrifying and is now one of the best parts of my week. The instructors are accessible and fair. Tuition is reasonable and assistance is available. I am glad that this program is available in Rock Hill, because I don't believe I could have gone back to school at this point if I had to travel to go to school.
