Review content:
As I have been living in California for the past 6 years, I was so happy to see that St. Louis has gotten into the groove of things with opening a few Trader Joes! Trader Joes is a market, that has great prices. They have produce, fixins for dinner (a few isles of ingredients and also prepared foods), baked goods, meats/cheeses, and beer/wines. Most of the stuff is healthy and excellent. Their frozen food section rocks. I also love the snack (nuts, trail mix) isle and there's always 2 buck chuck (which is $2 wine). You won't find Kraft or Kellogs here, but your bill will reflect that. Last time I was there they had Scharffen Berger chocolate at the checkout, and I would go just for that! Yum!
