Review content:
I really want to switch my cable services but every time I talk to them I have to wait FOREVER to talk to a real person. It's so not worth the price I'm saving. I'm really fed up with waiting. Also, we had a guy come and install some things and he kept coming back to our house looking for my sister. When I asked what he wanted he didn't say. He told the building manager that he had lost a tool, but he never said that to me - he was just looking for my sister. Kind of creepy.
