Businiess name:  Drinker's Tavern
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Never has a bar in Philly been so aptly named. However, it could be even more appropriately named: Riffraff; Obliterated Frat Boys; or Sloppy, Stumbling Drunk Girl. For most of us, the sight of a loud and obnoxious drunk guy causing a scene in public is rare since we left college. At Drinker's Taver, it is the norm, and they don't apologize for it, which is the one redeeming quality of the place. The place sells PBR in the can for the expressed purpose of "shot-gunning" them. A round of for the bar is a mere $30. And, if you a skilled enough to sink a quarter in a top shelf bucket behind the bar, the bar gets a round of beers. So, like the name says, this place is for Drinkers - don't say you weren't warned. Pros: Cheap Cons: The clientele, Loud, Crowded
