If you are looking for a place to get Outstanding Prime Rib you must try The Broiler. The atmosphere at The Broiler is comfortable, not stuffy. Some customers arrive dressed up but most are just dressed in whatever casual clothing they have been wearing for the day - we often go in with shorts and t-shirts on. The service is always great. We have tried many things on the menu but always go back to the Prime Rib because it is great. Of course the price isn't cheap but neither is it outrageous. Another great item served is the texas toast that is served along with the meal. If you're a bread person this will be a great bonus for you because it is perfectly prepared. An unusual aspect of this restaurant is that the kitchen is seperated from the dining area by a window wall so that you can actually watch the chef prepare your food. I am a bit of a food snob and this is the one place I go back to again and again.
