90 day items that Smithbilt does not consider an emergency will not (so they say) be fixed until the one year period is reached. A clicking sound from the AC that keeps the resident from sleeping is not an issue according to Smithbilt.
Also, the rubber seal has detached from above the garage door, and hangs down giving a shabby overall appearance to the entire home...also not an issue according to Smithbilt. In addition, if the resident is not necessarily the owner...Smithbilt seems to have no interest in fixing anything! Smithbilt has chosen not to honor their contract in terms of any fixes as promised. I would recommend staying as far away from this builder as possible!
