My neighbor and just left the Houston Garden Center, on 13403 South Frwy, in utter amazement. I have never seen such rudeness, lack of simple courtesy, and in a business, a huge lack of customer service. I have often visited the store in the past 29 years. Today was the last time I will ever go to this store and maybe HGC in general. An employee, 'Pedro', was arguing with a customer as we walked in the store. He was VERY RUDE to this elderly customer and it offended me. Then, the cashier guy could not be bothered to price check a planter pot with no sticker or pricing. I felt like our business was NOT important to these employees, much less showing any modicum of human respect, or courtesy. Will NEVER go back to this store again, NEVER!
