They came to snake the drain... Not a difficult job. As soon as I showered, the drain was backed up again and even worse than it was before!!! They do not "Guarantee" their work so they would not fix the problem without wanting me to pay again. I can see now why they don't guarantee... They are terrible!!! And the snotty customer serviced girl hung up on me! Incompetent and a total scam! I am super disappointed!! They have multiple competitors in this area that actually know what they are doing. Use one of them!
