I have owned my brand new home since June 28, 2019. I started getting ants about a month ago. National Exterminating has been out to my house three times and tomorrow will be the fourth today. I still have a tremendous amount of ants and it has not helped at all. Everytime they come out they do the same thing and everytime more ants come out in force. Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result but that is what National Exterminating does. I literally have thousands of ants in my kitchen and my kitchen is spotless. I had another exterminating company come out and they did an assessment. They said the nest is in the wall and National Exterminating said they do not know where the ants are coming from. They call themselves professionals but don't know where the ants are located. They also said that I had too many bait stations. They asked if my current company had put any dust in the outlets and no they had not. If I could post a video and pictures you could see how useless National Exterminating has been. I spoke with Shannon at National Exterminating today and said I would be willing to pay $50.00 even though they had not killed my ants but that I wanted out of my contract. She said they would let me out of my contract but charge me $175.00, for the initial and two follow up appointments. So needless to stay I am stuck with National Exterminating because I cannot afford to pay two exterminating companies. I guess Shannon is not the smartest tool in the shed because she is basically forcing me to stay with her company which I will for my year and then I will cancel. In addition, I will post as many times as I have to on every site possible to tell the truth about Shannon and National Exterminating. They do not care about their customers. They are only concerned about the all mighty dollar. I am usually pretty reasonable but the fact that they have been out three times and the problem continues to be worse is ridiculous. I know I have written alot; however, I want everyone to stay away from this company. They will take your money but not do what they promised. They will make every excuse why your ants are still present. We all know what they say about excuses. I only gave them one star because I had to. It really should be 0 stars. Please stay away Shannon and National Exterminating.
