Review content:
1. Front receptionist lady is rude, not compassionate and has an attitude that has no place when dealing with sick or especially mentally ill people.
2. Even with an appointment made 3 months in advance I still have to wait over 2 hours before being seen and then i'm only seen by Dr. Mark Drogin for five minutes or less.
3. I have been seeing him for many years and he has given up on me. Doesn't seem to care and is not compassionate when I have constant thoughts of ending my life.
4. All he asks is about the medications and even though i'm 30 years old he treats me like i'm a child. It is upsetting and makes me feel even more depressed due to his lack of care. He will not listen or respond to anything you say and won't take anything you say seriously.
5. I may not know as much as a doctor but i've spent most my life learning all about the brain, anatomy, medicine, my mental illnesses. He still ignores what I have to say.
6. He is my only option for help and yet the last time I saw him I left crying and he said nothing or did nothing to help ease me. Horrible doctor for people with mental illness.
