I’m not usually one to post negative reviews, but in an effort to warn others away from this reprehensible establishment and hopefully save someone the misfortune I experienced, I’m going to write one now. This place is unequivocally the worst I’ve ever encountered in terms of both quality and service. (I'd give them 0 stars if I could!) The short version of my story is this: they kept my car for 9 days instead of the 4 they told me it would take and never called me to tell me they were doing so, and they hiked the bill up from $1,700 to $2,500, again, without ever calling me to communicate this. What’s worse is, although no one will admit it, this is clearly due to damage that occurred at the shop. The difference in the bill, they insist, comes from needing to replace lights that none of the 6 shops who estimated the damage, INCLUDING THEIRS, mentioned, which means the lights were fine when I dropped off the car. Two different managers have told me about red paint on these lights, even though the car that damaged mine was beige. I also find it very interesting that according to reviews, someone else accused them of shop damage just two months ago. Do NOT go here. Do NOT. But if for some reason you must, document EVERYTHING. As you can see from the other reviews of this place, the service you can expect to receive is often ludicrously bad. Every single person I worked with, from the manager to whom I complained about this situation interrupting me several times on the phone down to the receptionist from whom a fulfilled promise of an update requires like a rain dance and human sacrifice or something, was extraordinarily, shockingly rude. There’s just no redeeming quality here. Save your time, money, and frustration, and go ANYWHERE else.
