Review content:
Cant give negative stars, so I guess one is the worse. This company and its owner definitely deserve far worse.
This is by far the worse contractor that we have ever dealt with. JD took our deposit for a bathroom remodel, then JD disappeared never to be seen or heard from again until legal action was threatened for his breach of contract. Michael shows up on the day that JD said he would be at our home to start and supervise the project. Michale has no idea what he is doing. The workers were apparently subcontracted and did not know JD or Michael prior to this job, and no materials were purchased by Renovation Butler to do the work. We ended up having to go out to buy materials on numerous occasions, and order items online with expedited shipping, just so any work could get done. This was without the discounts that JD put in writing that we would receive due to Renovation Butlers "high volume purchasing power". So in the end we have an unuseable bathroom, have to find someone else to complete the work, and get to deal with JD...
In short this is an unreliable, untrustworthy, and potentially unstable person to deal with...
