Our Customer Service Rep. was most accommodating when I could not keep out first appointment and quickly gave me another date. She even laughed with me when I told her why.
Our Service Representative was clean, neat, and speedy in his checking out of our equipment and making sure that we had no leaking problems. Thanks to both of them.
