Bud Anderson Heating & Cooling

One of our tenants had their A/C quit working on a Friday night and after calling multiple HVAC companies, Bud Anderson was able to get there 2-3 days before anyone else. They identified the problem quickly and got the unit working again. Cost was relatively high, but the speed of the service made it worth every penny! more

Recently, we had to have a new heat/air unit installed. As usual, they called to tell us they were on their way 25 minutes ahead of arriving. They wear booties to protect the floors and went straight to work. It is a comfort that they know exactly what they are doing and work carefully and efficiently. They are very nice to my husband and me and showed us all that we needed to know before they left. We have had several significant things replaced and updated to code in our home and have appreciated all the total professionalism in this company and again this time. more

This was a yearly checkup appointment that they called one day before to confirm, called 20 minutes ahead to say they were arriving the day of, and arrived on time. All phone conversations were clear and efficient and respectful. One unit is 12 years old and the other two have been recently replaced by Bud Anderson when severe problems were discovered. They checked those and added necessary solvent giving me the price before they did it. This time, in the third unit, both servicemen showed me the four concerns and wrote each with an explanation so I could tell my husband. They worked efficiently all morning, and before they left, they made sure to make an appointment for me so that I would be connected to the right person who knew this situation. They gave me prices for repair but set the appointment for a new unit estimate and evaluation because repairs cannot be guaranteed to last since a specific necessary refrigerant is being phased out. They gave me a handout explaining that information and circled sectiins to note on the handout. All explanations were succinct but thorough. I will have clear options for repair vs. new unit without any high pressure. It seems as before, our safety is their main concern in the heating unit condition as well as efficiency. I appreciated their professionalism. more

David Nichols was the technician that arrived today to trouble shoot our heating issue. He arrived when he told us he would, he was very professional and polite. I would definately recommend Bud Anderson Heating & Cooling as a business and David Nichols as a great representative of that team. more

I called Bud Anderson Friday afternoon around 12:30 because our heater was not working. I could not believe that they were able to send someone out to our house that afternoon. Heather was very helpful on making that happen. Joseph did a great jo and thankfully we had heat all weekend. I will not use anyone else in the future besides Bud Anderson!! more

The people working are very good and respond quickly to problems. The new unit has a loud noise that wakes you up when it shuts off. The gentleman came right out to check it and said it was normal and kept it from freezing. Hope spring comes soon. When we set the thermostat at 72o it was 82o in the house. Have not contacted them as they will check it but don’t want to bother at this busy time. Just turned the thermostat way down. more

The servicemen who came to our home to install, arrived right on time and went straight to work. They knew well what they were doing and worked together in a precise way. They had two large units to install and as they said, one was completed one day before 5:00pm, and the other was completed before 4:00 p.m. the next day. They explained everything professionally. They were extremely mannerly, authentic, hard working, professional, and responsible. We felt we had responsible adults taking care of all the process and really appreciate their hard work and trustworthiness. more

Curtis is the tech that arrived and completed our dryer duct cleaning. He was very knowledgeable about what he had to do to complete the job in the least amount of time. He explained what he had to do and was very careful with our dryer and his equipment. His customer service is excellent taking the time to explain each step. He completed the cleaning and made sure everything was put back in place. The cost was reasonable. We have been Bud Anderson customers for at least 20 years and have always been satisfied with the excellent service. more

Our experience with professionals from Bud Anderson was excellent. Arriving on time, Nick explained what to expect for the day and then proceeded to inspect everything carefully for the annual inspection. He did find valid issues and explained those thoroughly. He walked us through the process and options of purchasing a new unit.
