I called and receivd a quote over the phone for a clogged toiled and sink only. The guy quote $123 - $185 explained that it would go to $185 only if he had to do outside digging. The guy snaked the clogs in approximately in 15 minutes or less and then tells me the bill is $185. I refused to pay the $185 for 15 minutes of work. He was very nasty and tried to get me to sign something for the charge $185 on his ipad. When I told him I would not sign and he needed to change the price he lied and said he couldn't. I tried to show him he could at that point he grabbed the ipad from my hand and told me to just sign. I refused sign anything at this point. After going back and forth I paid $145 which i think is very high.\r

I've called Roto-rooter against the competition before and never experienced this. The company must be under new ownership. I will never call this company for plumbing problems again. They are guilty of hwy robbery and rape. \r

I'm hoping this is not their new business model. I received another quote from a gentleman for only $60. It helps to call around when getting services like this. Also next time I will get my quote in writing. The experience I had this morning was completely disgusting. The employee of the company was nasty and didn't even say thanks or buy. \r

THEY ARE GUILTY OF DIRTY BUSINESS PRACTICE...stay away.
