Businiess name:  Jerry Kroll-State Farm Insurance Agent

Review content:
I was originally provided a low quote on my auto and renters insurance. Everything was fine for the first three months, but then they began to remove discounts that were worked into the original quote. Additionally, they back-dated the changes to increase the cost by about $30 and $40 for the next two months, respectively. This was for a $140/month policy. I called and emailed multiple times, and they continued to take actions that were the opposite of what they told me they would do. I do not know if this has happened to anybody else, but please keep this in mind if you receive a low quote from them. As of this writing, I am still taking actions to resolve these pricing issues, and Jerry Kroll’s agency overall has been a terrible headache that is not worth the effort.
