What John S. below fails to mention is that he is an employee of ANCAE. He is the "lead man" and self-proclaimed "problem solver." Unfortunately that is all smoke up your skirt. \r \r I recently had the pleasure of meeting this man during the course of a real estate transaction. I was working with the buyer of the home. He was hired by the seller to evaluate the heating and cooling systems. John S. was a know it all. He told me at the time of his inspection that the units were at the end of their useful life and should be replaced. He stated that due to years of deferred maintenance it was not worth putting any money into the heating or cooling systems for repairs. Both the refrigerated air unit and the furnace had multiple issues. The furnace has had standing water in it which completely rusted the coils, a large hole that allowed the refrigerated air to escape into the garage, wrong fittings, improper connections, and the motor wouldn't even turn on.
