Ancae Heating and Air Conditioning

What John S. below fails to mention is that he is an employee of ANCAE. He is the "lead man" and self-proclaimed "problem solver." Unfortunately that is all smoke up your skirt. \r \r I recently had the pleasure of meeting this man during the course of a real estate transaction. I was working with the buyer of the home. He was hired by the seller to evaluate the heating and cooling systems. John S. was a know it all. He told me at the time of his inspection that the units were at the end of their useful life and should be replaced. He stated that due to years of deferred maintenance it was not worth putting any money into the heating or cooling systems for repairs. Both the refrigerated air unit and the furnace had multiple issues. The furnace has had standing water in it which completely rusted the coils, a large hole that allowed the refrigerated air to escape into the garage, wrong fittings, improper connections, and the motor wouldn't even turn on. as a consumer, i use the internet to find reviews of companies and products that i am interested in purchasing. when i stumbled onto the insider pages site and looked up this company and read the first review. i contacted insider pages (citygrid media owns this site) and inquired how they verify the accuracy of the respondents. i was told "WE HAVE NO WAY TO VERIFY WHAT PEOPLE WRITE"!!! incredible. so an individual who feels slighted because of their "overpayment" can slander a company without any repercussions is just sad. it is reprehensible that these internet sites are allowed to post statements that are inaccurate. i spoke with the Better business bureau AND the Attorney Generals' office. ands found ANCAE, inc. is an "A" rated company. i have had EXCEPTIONAL service performed by this company for over 8 years now. their employees are all professional, neat in appearance and polite. the owner ANDELL, shares the same church and christian beliefs that I do. he has upstanding morals and more

They claim and advertise as a Christian business, but they over billed me for travel time after job was done for their crew to return to their office. Had to write to Better Business and AG's Office to get credit, and during this we found out that one of the employee's was out on parole for kidnapping and murder and was not even allowed in a house. Had my daughter in the house with this man. more

If it were possible to give negative stars, I would have done so. Recently hired this company to prepare three swamp coolers for the summer season. The estimate was for $550 to have all three units prepared and new copper water lines put in. The final bill was $975!!! Within a day we had a huge leak gushing water onto the roof. They gouged us and did a poor job! They advertise as a Christian business but their business practices are anything BUT Christian! Stay away from this company. more
