I needed the carpet in my house cleaned, I thought for sure it would need to be replaced because of the condition. It was heavily pet stained, and very dirty. The only reason I wanted to clean it is because I'm selling the house and wanted it to show better, and not make such a bad first impression, and give me time to explain that it would be replaced and there is an allowance in the listing to cover the replacement cost. Having used well known businesses in the past for the job, and not being impressed, I tried Chem-Dry. My expectations were that it would be better but not good and it wouldn't make such a bad impression, but I knew I was just buying time and would have to replace it. After the technician was done, I was amazed, the carpet looked new again with the exception of a little fading due to exposure to the sun. I took out the allowance to replace the carpet, there is no reason to now that they have worked their magic. I will recommend Chem- Dry for carpet cleaning to any one that raises the subject with me, I would not even consider using another cleaner after seeing what they can do. Very pleased and highly recommended. Top tier professionals in every way.
