We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. If I could rate this tag agency a zero, I would. I ordered my decal online and have been waiting weeks for the decal to come through the mail. When I called and asked why I have not received my tag decal, they were simply rude about the whole situation saying "WELL we ALREADY mailed it out. I don't know what to tell you." Because I still have not received anything, I had file a lost decal and purchase a replacement. Today they had the nerve to call me and ask me why I purchased a replacement and said that my tag that they sent was sent back to them. They sent my tag decal to the incorrect address. Idiots. Before they even sent out my decal, they confirmed my correct address to me, but they still sent it to the incorrect address. I do not understand why they would not check the address before mailing it out. It's not that difficult to double check. Simple as that.
