Review content:
We had Specialty install a 3 unit mini-split system on our three level home. The estimator told us exactly what was involved and what it would cost. The installers showed up (exactly on time) on the hottest day of the year -- it really was miserable out on the roof and the west facing walls -- and spent about a ten hour day installing and testing the units. It took several tries to get them working properly, but the crew stayed until the system was fully functional.
The system has made a huge difference to the "livability" of our house. The cost was exactly the amount on the proposal, and the post installation service (what little has been necessary ) has been prompt, polite and effective.
We were impressed with Specialty and would recommend them to anyone
