If there is a rating less than one star, I would give it. \r I will never, ever go to this place again. The first time I tried to go, I thought my Shih Tzu had swallowed a needle. They would not see him in the 45 minutes before noon, and said I would need to come back at 3:00 that afternoon. The second time I went, they did not have any answers for me, and sent me down to WSU Vet Hospital in Pullman. The third time, this last weekend, my little girl Shih Tzu was seriously ill, and I had to make the decision to put her out of her misery. I had waited until they opened to call - I called from home and asked them if they could help me with a doctor and a quiet room to put her out of her misery. They said they were too busy - were booked up - even though they claim to be an emergency hospital - they said she would have to wait until the end of the day, and then they could probably fit her in, even though she was in pain.\r This place is the worst place in the world - stay away.
