These guys are terrible; I have had 2 separate experiences with them and both were really unacceptable. I went in to look around and buy a bike here, and it took the sales guy a good 10 mins to walk over. Finally he did, and he simply stood there giving me this look like "Either buy it or get out; either way, don't touch it you'll break it." No info about the bike, no real help in answering my questions, generally silent and non-conversational the whole time. I called up a few times after the sale, and he acted like he didn't know me! \r

I was given a $150 Tourmaster jacket for Christmas bought here, and the seam ripped a few days after I bought it. I took it back in to complain, and the guy behind the counter acted like he didn't care if I was dying, and suggested that "I would have to take it up with the rep, and maybe I could leave it for him, he should be in sometime in the next few weeks."
