I met Charles and asked for 1 specific Vehicle. He had the car brought around and off we went. I told him that i had searched all over for this and since they gave me a great trade-in value, purchased it and was returning the next day to drive away. Then the honesty of this company shined. How? Due to no battery being in it the codes on the exhaust/ electronic was not correct. The mechanic needed to drive it 50-100 miles before placing that sticker on it. So, i came in the next day after doing the mileage and the inspection then passed perfectly. That weekend I found i could Not get the cd/dvd/hdd player to work. I called on Monday and Stephany took my info over the phone. She got back to me a few days later and advised that she located the correct part/model, and wanted to schedule me in next week.... I advised i was off to Florida for a couple weeks, and would come right in when i got back. The very next day, she called and said If i can get the car in Friday/tomorrow, she would have the part and get it installed! . Wow - and Thank you THANK YOU STPHANY, I JUST RETURNED AND IT WAS AWESOME!
