If you have a problem with the apartment because they are 40 plus years old the manager wants to blame you. There is a tenant who steals your laundry out of laundry room. People who don't live there come with no fear and dump all kinds of trash and junk in on and near the dumpsters. Loud neighbors are not uncommon. And they rent to the biggest drug dealers in the cities history.
