I liked the fact that both the women on the phone and the women who emailed me and the gentleman who came out were all very friendly and customer oriented. They asked if I had any questions before each step and before he started the project. They made sure I knew what they were doing.
Mr. Handyman replaced some wood on a door frame that needed to be redone. He also put in a new door frame but didn't quite finish it but he came back and fixed that separately. I appreciated he made it right and followed up to make sure it was done right. I would definitely recommend them.
