I liked the fact that both the women on the phone and the women who emailed me and the gentleman who came out were all very friendly and customer oriented. They asked if I had any questions before each step and before he started the project. They made sure I knew what they were doing. Mr. Handyman replaced some wood on a door frame that needed to be redone. He also put in a new door frame but didn't quite finish it but he came back and fixed that separately. I appreciated he made it right and followed up to make sure it was done right. I would definitely recommend them. more

Excellent 4/20/2016

This is the first experience using Mr. Handyman. They are efficient as well as professional. The technician explained how he would fix the leak in the roof at the start of the job. He cleaned up while he was working and then showed us what he did to complete the job. We will definitely be using Mr. Handyman again! more

Very handy services. 4/20/2016

Mr. Handyman of Waukesha was great. They were very easy to schedule with and to get some one out. The guy they sent was very polite and nice and definitely very handy. He installed a cat door for me, pretty simple but he got it done and I couldn't have done it my self so I was very happy with him. I would recommend them to others or use them for future projects when needed. Five stars. more

It was my first time using Mr. Handyman of Waukesha and North Milwaukee County. I called them because a faucet under our gutter needed to be repaired. Marty is very prompt and very friendly. The work he did turned out perfect. more

Gutter cleaning 5/21/2015

I have hired them to clean my gutters during late nov-early dec of 2014. The total charge was around $250. During spring of this year(2015) the rainwater was not flushing through the downspout, instead it was pouring over the gutters. The joints between gutters and downspout were not cleaned properly. I convey the issue over the phone multiple times and through e-mail; after playing waiting games for 10 days , the front desk lady says they do not guarantee gutter cleaning. more

Very professional, and an outstanding job! 4/15/2015

Mr. Handyman of Waukesha and North Milwaukee County was very professional and friendly. They showed up on time and did good work. This was the first time we worked with Mr. Handyman. We were referred to them because they are Preferred People of Shore West Realty. They re-grouted our bathroom shower for us. It turned out really well, I would rate it a 5/5 stars. I would high recommend Mr. Handyman! more

James was very informative in telling me how to perform some tasks if they occurred again. He took extra care in doing a very through job of cleaning gutless. Even the outsides were sparking! Great job! And my brother's shower bar was installed in just the perfect place for him. more

A fine job! 4/23/2014

I used Mr. Handyman of Waukesha and North Milwaukee County a few years ago. They did a fine job, which is why I called them again. The man who came, Jim, was very friendly and very kind. He explained everything he was going to do. He even did some extra things that I didn't ask him to do, like fixing some knobs that were loose. He brought the equipment he needed, and he explained when he finished. I would call them again, and I will recommend them to my friends! more

Fabulous provider 4/22/2014

I've been using Mr. Handyman for about a year and half. They do all kinds of handyman projects, like plumbing, electrical, things that pop up. Sometimes they've done major things, like I've had a door that needed to be replaced. They're so knowledgeable. There's nothing they can't fix, and their pricing is fair. more

Our siding came off so Mr. Handyman came by and put it back on for us. The guy who came actually had some extra time so I had him put something back together that I couldn't do on my own. He was really good, I would definitely recommend, and would call on them again. more
