Review content:
Would definitely not recommend this funeral home. They were not attentive to our family's needs whatsoever. They were not available during the time of the visitation; we actually had to call their phone number just to get someone to come upstairs to assist us. They used every shortcut they could to make things as easy for THEM, rather than meeting the needs of the family, for which they are getting paid for. Very, very disappointed. Have never seen such poor service from a funeral home before.
