I have had problems with the staff at the front desk several times resulting in a plan of care that was agreed upon. Every time I have walked in the building from the time the plan was established I have had higher charges and no communication prior to the appointment informing me of the increase. I will never bring my dog back to this place and I will be looking for every forum I can voice my problem about this establishment. Every time I saw the same female employee she had the same list of excuses she ran through to try to say I was wrong instead of trying to make me, the owner and paying customer happy and satisfied. My dogs weight should not be the first thing out of her mouth when A) you don't know his weight B) hes not sick. Use of different medications that cost more without consent from me, with the excuse each Vet DR can prescribe what ever they chose is a stupid excuse that was fixed by requesting only Dr Piver with care and medication.
