My AC went out , coming home around 7:30pm , I was so happy Champion was open until 8pm. Alfredo came out to our home approx 930 am, I got a courtesy call from a very nice gentleman to let me know he was on his way, Alfredo explained in detail the inital plan and spent time on the phone explaining to my husband the process and plan for our home AC. A discrepancy was recognized on our bill, we called Champion AC, Spoke with Cris S (GM), whom was very nice and understood our issue we had with our bill. Cris was very kind enough to refund the correct amount . He made a lasting impression on my husand and myself, for that reason we stand behind the 5 star service, recommendations and communication that champion hold behind their name.
