I just wanted to drop you a thank you message for the excellent services provided by your staff and the repairs to my Audio Video receiver. The staff were very courteous when I came in with my broken equipment as you were very busy at the time of my arrival, but I was waited on in a very short period of time.\r
Fast, Friendly, Professional Service, nothing like you get from these modern Electronic Super Stores.\r
I have always believed in local businesses that give that personal touch with the customers? needs, and your services are top notch. I would and will, refer your business to friends, family, or anyone needing electronics repairs. Reasonable cost, very knowledgeable staff, and customer follow up calls during and after repairs are completed.\r
Good old 5 star customer service in my book, and again a small community business beats out the Superstores. I?ll take that any day. Hats off to your crew !\r
