Thank you so much to Champion Air and my service manager Aaron Christiansen. I was promised a thirty-minute arrival time from placing my call and had a knock at my door within 25 minutes. Aaron was extremely polite, professional, cleanly dressed, and pleasant.
Once I gave a run-down of the problems I was having, Aaron immediately went to work checking my entire system. I was kept informed every step of the way. His thorough check of my HVAC system and explanation of findings gave me absolute confidence in his assessment of the work needing to be performed.
Once the assessment of my system was completed, Aaron compiled several options for getting it back in order. Each option was clearly and thoroughly explained; containing the full cost and a payment option, which I greatly appreciated.
The work on my system was efficiently completed the same day.
I would absolutely recommend Aaron and Champion Air for anyone's HVAC needs. I feel confident in the work performed and the costs applied.
