Bud Anderson Heating and Cooling is a fantastic company. I requested a service appointment on their web page very early in the morning and received a phone call within from them right after their staff arrived to work. Nick was my service technician. Nick called me to schedule the appointment shortly after my first call from Bud Anderson. Nick arrived at my home and listened carefully to my concerns then inspected the air conditioning unit and explained what he was doing, and what he found and explained his diagnosis of the problem. Nick did a great job explaining the options available for repairs. After we finished up with some paperwork Nick got to work disassembly the defective blower fan and had the new parts installed in a very timely manner and the air conditioning unit up and running perfectly. Nick also explained to me some changes I should make nearby my condenser unit which would improve its performance. Great customer service! If you have a need for HVAC service I would strongly recommend you call Bud Anderson Heating and Cooling. This is a great company with highly skilled technicians. Thank you Nick for the fine work you completed on my home HVAC unit.
