Review content:
I had a significant blockage in what I thought was my main clay piping that runs out to the street. I called Roto-Rooter and they came out with in the hour. The first technician was polite and knowledgeable. He was here for almost 3 hours trying a number of different things to clear blockage, he was unsuccessful unfortunately...I was charged nothing. The next day a manager came out to discuss my options. Instead of trying to sell me on digging and putting in a clean out he first used a camera to see if we could see anything that way. He was able to find the blockage and was confident if we went pulled the toilet they would be able to clear pipes. Again i was not charged for this service call. They allowed me to pull the toilet and came back the next morning to finish the job. I would recommend this company to anyone with a plumbing issue and would use them again myself \r
