The team/competition coaches are amazing, highly invested in their kiddos, and truly care...truly the best of the best. \r

At the recreational level the coaches are hit or miss...some are amazing and make sure the kiddos are learning new things and fulfilling their potential while having fun; but others are content just to do bare minimum their job requires, offer only minimal corrections, and rarely introduce new or exciting skills for the kiddos to learn. If taking rec classes and you want your kiddo learning and progressing be aware that some coaches don't really seem to be invested in that goal; and don't judge a coach by their age...some of the youngest coaches are the most awesomest ones ;) \r

The biggest disappointment for me--however--is the front desk staff. Most experiences I've had with them has been (to one degree or another) less than positive. Some of the front dest staff seem more interested in whispering about people behind their backs and gossi
